TO SUBMIT AN ORDER
After you have added your favourite items to your shopping bag, proceed by clicking on "My Cart". Review your items - ensure that you are happy with your selection. Enter in a promotion code if you have one. Use the currency converter to check how much you will pay in your currency. Click the checkout button. On the Check Out Page, fill in either your existing details, sign up as a guest or a full member to continue. On the checkout screen, add your payment details. Continue to the Order Summary page where you can review the details of your order before clicking Submit. You will receive a confirmation email from Sandbaggers Australia
SHOP AS A GUEST SHOPPER
If you are new to Sandbaggers Australia and do not wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper. By shopping as a guest you are not remembered as a member; you will miss out on future promotions, competitions and offers.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link at the top right hand corner of page and then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we will send you another. Remember to copy and paste the temporary password, as it is case sensitive!
APPLY A PROMOTION CODE
All valid promotional codes need to be keyed into the "Promotion Code" field within the Check out page.
ORDER PROGRESS
You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order. Check delivery times depending on where you live. Once we despatch your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email, so keep a look out for your parcel.
TRACK AN ORDER
Log into your account and select My Orders for a list of previous orders. You can simply enter your order number or use the date range to search for specific orders. Click the order number you wish to track; this will display your order details including the status and tracking numbers. Please note you can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We attempt to ship within 24 hours however sometimes items may go out of stock. We are usually able to restock within a matter of days and in these instances delivery takes up to 10 working days from the date your order. However we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Sandbaggers Australia will makes every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.We encourage you to visit the “My Account” section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carriers (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your local Post Office. International shipping is available. Sandbaggers Australia will email a shipping quote to you prior to shipping your order. All orders from outside Australia are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local Custom Office for furhter information.
PAYMENT METHODS
Sandbaggers Australia accepts Paypal, Mastercard and Visa Orders will be charged to your credit card prior to merchanise shipment Merchandise and/or shipping discounts will be reflected on your credit card bill. International orders which request shipping to an alternate address other than the billing address must have the alternate address listed with the issueing credit card company. This will be verfied along with cardholder name, address and telephone number.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Warranties Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a 90 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects.
Please contact us by phone if you have any problems within 90 days and we'll make every effort to resolve the problem. Return Policy If you have questions about sizing, please call or email before you place your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Merchandise Authorization.

All returns must be shipped and received back by Sandbaggers within 30 days from original date of delivery.
All merchandise must be in its original condition with packing slip to qualify for return. No credit will be issued for shoes worn, or freight charges.
A restocking charge of $7.50 will be charged for all returns. Clearance shoes and specials may be returned for merchandise credit only.
